About The Event

Using folding techniques and our creativity, we will build junk journals out of found materials at CCRx! The books are made using a folding and paper-locking technique. We will fill the pages with collage, poetry, stickers, or leave them blank to gift as journals.


Amanda Murphyao has taught a zine-making workshop at New Carlisle Public Library in Indiana & MADE (a Chicago art shop), a long with making art & teaching art to children for several years.
